DX Units:
– Inspect and clean filters and air vents
– Clean diffusers and grills
– Examine, clean, and flush the drain line
– Clean the condenser coil
– Inspect and maintain electrical connections in the outdoor unit
– Verify temperature-controlled thermostat and pressure sensors
– Assess insulation on pipelines; suggest replacement if damaged (additional cost for insulation replacement)
– Inspect contactors, relays, and capacitors
– Check blowers and clean if accessible
– Examine vibration pads and isolators
– Verify gas pressure and recharge if low
– Monitor room and grill temperatures

FCU (Fan Coil Units):
– Inspect and clean filters and air vents
– Clean diffusers and grills
– Examine, clean, and flush the drain line
– Verify temperature-controlled thermostat
– Check actuator valve functionality
– Assess insulation on pipelines; recommend replacement if damaged (additional cost for insulation replacement)
– Check blowers and clean if accessible
– Examine vibration isolators
– Monitor room and grill temperatures
