Air Conditioning (Indoor):
– Inspect and clean the indoor filter and condenser coil
– Flush the drain line
– Clean terminals, PC board, indoor motor, and blower
– Check all mounting brackets and bolts
– Inspect and clean the strainer and actuator (if applicable)
– Clean all indoor air diffusers and damper valves (if applicable)

Air Conditioning (Outdoor):
– Inspect and clean the outdoor coil, compressor terminal, and main terminals
– Check all mounting brackets and bolts
– Verify blower belt tightness and condition
– Inspect and clean the blower blade and motor, platform drain point
– Check the strainer condition, noise, and vibration
– Inspect and clean all damper motors and valves (if applicable)

Electrical:
– Inspect and clean all light fittings (if height access is below 2.5 m)
– Check all connections, power sockets, and switches
– Inspect and clean all distribution boards (DBs) and control panels (if applicable)
– Check all breakers, relays, indicators, and selector switches in the DB and control panel
– Inspect and clean all exhaust fans
– Measure earth value in the Main DB (should be less than 3 ohms)
– Check for abnormal noise in the contactors and breakers

Plumbing:
– Clean the water heater terminal point
– Verify the water heater thermostat set point (should be 44 to 49 °C)
– Clean all internal and external drainage points
– Inspect all kitchen and bathroom fittings
– Inspect and clean water pumps, all water tap filters
– Inspect the water tanks and fittings
– Clean all external drainage manhole covers and apply grease
– Check the water meter for leakages and visible network leakage
